1. Polypropyelene Woven Bags

These types of bags are used for packing of a wide variety of products like solid chemicals, fertilisers, food grains, sugar, cashew nuts, animal feeds, flour, maize etc.

Polypropylene/HDPE Bags & Sacks (With / Without Liner)

These types of bags are used when the particle size of the product to be packed is very fine making it possible for it to ooze out of the bag. Hence an additional liner ensures its proper packing without any leakage of material.

3. FIBC- Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers

A flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) or bulk bag, or big bag, is an industrialcontainer made of flexible woven fabric that's designed for storing and transporting dry, flowable products, such as sand, fertilizer, and granules of plastic.

FIBCs are most often made of thick wovenpolyethylene or polypropylene, either coated or uncoated. Its capacity is normally around 250 kg or 2000 Kgs, but the larger units can store even more.

Types Of bags

  • Circular/Tubular :

    Constructed from woven fabric on a circular loom. The fabric is woven into a continuous tube of fabric and cut to the precise height required. Circular bags are majorly used for stuffing fine powdered material, as they have minimum stitches on their top. Using a proper Filler Cord, these FIBCs can be made totally Dust Poof.

  • 4 Panel :

    These Bulk Bags/ FIBC Bags are made from flat fabric produced The design is the typical 4 -Panel each panels securely stitched to it by over-lock and safety stitch. These bags are with loops attached in the corners.

  • U Panel :

    This FIBC can be manufactured in Single Trip or Multiple Trip Designs to facilitate the discharge of construction aggregates. Builder Bags or U panel bag can be made available with Discharge Spout and Flat Bottom.These FIBCs can be manufactured from 250-2500Kgs and printed up to 3 colors and at the Four Sides. For U+2 Panel construction requires two seams along two opposite sides to create two panels and a U-panel shape.

  • Single Loop or Two Loop :

    These Bulk Bags/ FIBC's are made of circular or tubular fabric. The loops are made by body fabric. These types of bags are primarily used in the fertilizer industries.
